MBA welcome

Congratulations on securing your place on our MBA programmes, we look forward to welcoming you to the Management School in September 2023. This page will be updated regularly so keep checking back for the latest information regarding welcome and induction activities.

The University of Liverpool will have a welcome week for all students commencing Monday 18 September. You are welcome to take part in this and explore the wider university offer. The following week commencing Monday 25 September, our MBA programmes will kick off with a foundation week (students are required to bring a laptop or tablet device).

During the week you will:

  • Receive an introduction to our team
  • Have a walk through the programmes and start your thinking with the end in mind
  • Learn how to use our library
  • Hear from guest speakers
  • Develop critical thinking skills
  • Take part in workshops on how to read an academic paper
  • Explore the city as the classroom
  • Become a reflective practitioner.
