Your School or Department’s Student Experience team is available to support and advise you throughout your studies, from Welcome Week to Graduation. They can advise on any academic matters, University policies or procedures, and help you to find the support that you need to be successful with your studies.
Additionally, the Faculty has a team of Learning and Teaching Support Officers (LTSO) who are also available to listen to any concerns or worries you may have and help you to find a solution to the problem. LTSOs are there to support you with any welfare concerns or difficulties you may experience on your student journey, helping you to find the support you need and referring you to specialist services within the University if required.
