Information for offer holders who have previously studied at a different university
Wherever possible, no student currently completing an undergraduate degree in a UK university will be denied entry to a University of Liverpool master’s programme, for which they have been made an offer, on the grounds of missing marks due to industrial action, where existing marks indicate the student is likely to meet the terms of an offer.
We therefore ask University of Liverpool offer holders, who have been affected by the marking and assessment boycott, to provide us with as much information as possible to demonstrate that their existing marks indicate that they're likely to meet the terms of their offer. For example, this could be in the form of an official completion of studies letter from your current university, or exam transcripts.
Please send all evidence of your existing, and if possible predicted, marks to the relevant admissions team:

Please write ‘Completion of studies evidence’ in the subject line. This will help our admissions teams to quickly identify your message.
The academic team leading your course, together with our admissions team, will assess the information you provide and make an informed decision as quickly as possible. However, this may take longer than normal due to certain issues, such as the extent of your missing marks, or the complexity of the information we need to make a decision. So, we ask that you wait and send all the evidence you have to us, rather than sending information in stages.
If your offer is confirmed, we won't rescind that offer if your final exam marks aren't as high as previously provided. Please note, this will only occur where we've honoured your offer on the basis of missing marks due the boycott, and where your available marks indicate that you'd meet the terms of your offer. We won't honour your offer if your missing marks are due to reasons other than the marking and assessment boycott.
We ask that you provide your full transcript, including final marks and degree classification, no later than eight weeks following registration on to your course.
Information for international students
If you're an international student and intend to apply for the Graduate Route Visa, you can apply after the formal release of results, even if you have missing exam results at that point.
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) have confirmed that, if your results are delayed, you can submit your Graduate Route Visa application before your Student Visa expire,s if you expect to receive your results within eight-weeks of your visa expiry date. UKVI will simply hold your application until you receive and submit your results. They will then process your visa application. I
