Improving patient and family experiences in the delivery of end-of-life care
Join our next Business Breakfast meeting where expert speakers will discuss patient and family experiences connected to the delivery of end-of-life care and recommendations on ways to improve the service offered.
The event will provide insights into the research conducted by Management School's Professors of Marketing Philippa (Pippa) Hunter-Jones and Lynn Sudbury-Riley on end-of-life care services.
They will be joined by Wirral Hospice St John's CEO, Helen Brown, to talk about the research's practical application at the hospice and how this can be carried forward throughout the sector.
