Transcript
Transcripts and progress reports do not need to be requested. They're automatically sent after the results are released. We must allow time for academics to complete the reports once marks are released:
- Transcripts will be sent within two working days of the results being released.
- Progress reports will be sent within two weeks.
Please note that transcripts are produced according to strict guidelines set out by NARIC and the Europe division of Universities UK. For these reasons, students can't request additional information to be included in their official transcript.

Offer letter and CAS statements
Students must log in to the portal to generate their offer letter.
For students progressing to the University of Liverpool from the International College, upon successful completion and passing exams, students will receive a sponsor offer letter within seven working days. This is automatically sent to the student's University of Liverpool email account. They don't need to be requested.
Please note that CAS statements are issued from early June. CAS statements are only valid for six months before the start of the term, so we can't send them before June. It is automatically sent to the student's University of Liverpool email account. They don't need to be requested.
Students don't require PDF copies of the CAS documentation, because it's not necessary for obtaining a visa. Only the CAS number is required.

Verification letter
Students must log in to the portal to generate their offer letter.

Enrolment status letter
When it's ordered, Student Administration will produce the letter for you. They aim to email it to your University of Liverpool email address within three working days. Please note that this may take longer during busier periods, so ensure you allow sufficient time for receipt of the document.
