The Language Lounge also offers in-person and online Conversation Clubs for students from all backgrounds to chat in English and a range of other languages. One to one conversation exchanges is also available and a language exchange scheme is available for those who want to share their language with another student while having the opportunity to practise the language of their partner. You can find information and resources on their website.

As well as access to resources in the Language Lounge, as a student at the English Language Centre you will have full rights to the University’s two libraries, with over 2.5 million study resources.  Wi-Fi is available across campus and in your residences, and laptops are available for loan within the libraries.   With both social and quiet study areas and over 2,000 computers situated across the campus, the University is set up to provide the very best environment for you to achieve academically.
