    About

    Personal Statement

I specialise in commercial law and am the author of 'Commercial Law', now into its 10th edition as part of Sweet & Maxwell's Textbook Series. I am particularly interested in the relationship between corporates and financial crime, including in the context of anti-money laundering and anti-bribery laws. I am also interested in pedagogic research and scholarship, particularly around questions of academic attainment and graduate outcomes. I have experience of a wide range of leadership roles within the Liverpool Law School, and across the University of Liverpool more broadly and am currently the Associate Dean (Education) in the School of Law and Social Justice.
