Why can't the future be more like the past?

The conference theme enables us all to reflect upon and celebrate the history of planning and planning education since the Department was founded. However, the main focus is on how the lessons from the past can be used to deal with the many challenges and opportunities facing planning and planners in the future.

The congress will follow the well established pattern of plenary sessions, parallel track sessions and mobile workshop.
