Shopping Frequency Questionnaire

This is a short questionnaire to examine the role of shopping to see how it impacts on psychological wellbeing, quality of life and physical health. You will be asked about shopping habits, nutritional intake and social interaction.

This study has been approved by the University of Liverpool Ethics Committee. It is open to anyone aged 18 or over and participation is entirely voluntary. Responses are sent by email, data will be anonymised and the emails will be deleted. You are assured complete anonymity and all responses are confidential.
