Speaker
Carlos is a Professor of Economics at the University of Essex, UK, where he is the Head of the Economics Department.
He is also a co-editor of Labour Economics, The Official Journal of the European Association of Labour Economists (EALE).
He is affiliated to IZA as a research fellow, to CESifo as a fellow, to CEPR as a research fellow, to the IFS as a research associate, to the Stone Centre on Wealth Concentration, Inequlity and the Economy at UCL as a research fellow and to ISER as a research associate. He is also a member of the Steering Group of the European Search and Matching Research Group (SAM) .
