Aims |
|
The aim of this module is for students to engage in in-depthlegal research and produce a sustained, scholarly piece of academic writing. To offer students the opportunity to develop anoriginal, self-directed legal research project at an advanced level. To provide students with the opportunity toundertake advanced study in a subject area of their choice. To develop students’ ability to produce academicand scholarly writing. |

Syllabus |
|
Students will meet with their supervisors on a regular basis todiscussion the planning and execution of their independent research. Studentswill engage in their own self-directed research: planning, researching anddrafting their dissertation. |
