Aims

To inculcate research skills by identifying and researching a topic not fully considered in the relevant law module.

Learning Outcomes

(LO1) Identify and deepen the understanding of the relevant area of law.

(LO2) Be able to discuss the research questions raised in a coherent and informedmanner with proper use of legal language.

(LO3) Be able to work independently to gain understanding of the issues.

(LO4) Be able to undertake independent research.
