Seminars will also include a focus on developing key legal and transferable skills. You will be required to prepare key reading and discursive questions in advance. Working in small groups, you will also be asked to apply your knowledge to unseen tasks designed to test your knowledge and cultivate key legal skills (such as problem solving and group negotiation).
