Aims

To introduce approaches to stimulating and sustaining innovation and creativity in an organisation.


Learning Outcomes

A knowledge and understanding of skills and techniques required to use influence, communication and collaboration to implement new innovations. Crafting a comprehensive strategy to lead change, shape culture, leverage polarities and span organisational boundaries.
