Aims

To introduce the principles and practice of ethical leadership.

- Leadership and applied ethics: cultural and organisational factors.
- WOW projects.
- Fair process: managing in the knowledge economy.
- Change style/ten faces of innovation.
- Leadership courage.
- Foundation principles in ethics.
- Resolving ethical conflicts.


Teaching and Learning Strategies

Teaching Method 1 - Lecture
Description: The flipped classroom approach will be utilised with a lecture at the beginning of each half-day session in which the pre-session directed learning will be reviewed
