Aims |

This module seeks to introduce students to the concepts, theories and frameworks relating to the management of people within diverse business and organisational environments. The module will seek to support the development of subject specific and transferable skills necessary for future employment in careers which have a people management component. Students will engage with a wide selection of case studies to explore, derive, and present solutions to a range of challenges relating to the management of people in a variety of organisations and contexts |
