Aims

To provide an introduction to the appraisal and formulation of e-business strategy and contemporary e-business models.

Description: The lecturer will cover the knowledge required to understand the role of technology in strategy i.e., how technology fits with different strategic approaches. It will also examine what this can mean in practice through theory and then case studies. There will also be an examination of specific models of technology utilisation.
