Aims |
|
This module aims to develop students’ self-awareness in relation to their values, behaviours, motivations, and their skills in leadership and management. It enables reflection on current and future skill and knowledge needs, and supports personal and career development planning. The module aims to develop students as reflective practitioners within their own context. Specific skills development activities are supported by the Navigator programme (focused careers support and skills development package), by mentors, and through individual coaching. |
