Aims

Analyse and evaluate scholarly resources and writing for logic and supporting evidence;

Analyse the significance of critical action learning in an organisational context;

Compare and contrast the nature and applicability of a range of other action modalities;

Critically evaluate personal biases, assumptions, and attitudes in the context of organisational learning;

Synthesise information from practice-based and secondary information sources;

Design the Doctoral Development Plan (DDP) to be used throughout the programme;

Demonstrate effective critical action learning set member skills;

Demonstrate effective problematizing skills.
