Aims

Develop a clear understanding currently influential models of management;

Appreciate the contribution of followers to leadership practice;

Evaluate the impact of intercultural factors on the management and leadership of teams and organisations;

Appraise the role of leadership in managing through and learning from crisis situations.


Learning Outcomes

(LO1) Manifest in their thinking and embody in their practice a range of critical principles of leadership;

(LO2) Carefully and accurately diagnose those situations in which they can participate more actively in leadership;
