Aims

Synthesize various central concepts and theories of ESSI as the basis for analysing and evaluating the implications for the strategic development of an organisation:-

Distinguish between personal ethics and organisational responsibility;

Distinguish organisational social policy based upon compliance from strategic initiatives based upon personal and organisational integrity;

Apply and articulate an ethical reasoning framework to complex organisational situations;

Articulate the impact that organisational actions have on both the internal culture of the organisation and the external physical and societal environment;

Evaluate an organisation's obligation to and impact on its stakeholders for the decisions that its leaders make and its employees implement.
