Aims |

Compare and contrast the roles of rational vs. intuitive thinking in decision making in general and understand the limits of both approaches:- Characterise the fundamental problem of uncertainty in decision making; Assess the impact of personality, perceptual, and emotional styles on decision making; Devise strategies for managing and improving group decision making including enhancing group creative thinking; Apply the principles of critical action learning and action research to individual and organisational decision making. |
