Aims |

This module aims to: Develop students’ understanding on main theories and ethical issues underlying the need for corporate governance; Increase students’ awareness on the latest developments in corporate governance codes.; Enhance students’ ability to assess the characteristics to corporate governance codes and guidance; Prepare students to evaluate various corporate governance mechanisms and their impact on corporate performance; Expand students’ knowledge on latest research and real-world cases in the area of corporate governance. |
