This module aims to provide an integrated introduction to the drivers and processes of innovation and its application within a range of different situations, from entrepreneurial innovation to innovation and intrapreneurship within larger organisations. The module aims to: |

Teaching and Learning Strategies |

Lectures are no longer than one hour blocks and will provide students with the opportunities to engage and discuss. A range of different examples will allow students to analyse innovation and entrepreneurship in different business situations Exercises can be used interchangeably with case studies to allow students to apply concepts and to reflect on their learning. Students will be expected to complete schedule directed module pre-reading, to prepare for some exercises, tasks and assessments during the module and to research, develop and write a final written assessment. In addition to the suggested readings, students might be expected to develop their own reading, research and preparation of topics for the final assessment. |
