Aims |

To understand the need for football managers to manage, upwards to Boards of Directors and Owners, as well as sidewards to media and fans as well as downwards to players and staff; To enable students to understand how best to influence those with whom they need to build relationships and how to negotiate win-win outcomes; To develop knowledge and understanding of how best to manage difficult people and conflict. |
