Learning Outcomes |

Topics include: How to identify a topic and understand the stages of developing and conducting a research project. An introduction to a variety of research methods used in architectural research. How to set up and manage a research project. How to use bibliographies, referencing, citations and quotations. Understanding the principles of preparing and performing an effective oral presentation. In terms of the ARB/RIBA Criteria, the module primarily address Graduate Attributes GA2.1 and GA2.4 and secondarily General Criteria GC1.3 and GC2.3.
