Most conferences are centred on Carnatic House, not surprisingly when you consider the superb facilities which it can offer. Carnatic House is the “nerve centre” for the entire complex for it is here that the centralised catering and other services are to be found. All conferences at Carnatic have their meals in Carnatic House. The restaurant on the upper level can seat up to 500.  A “moat”, complete with friendly resident ducks, runs along the entire frontage of the building. From the restaurant and hotel-style bar, there are sweeping views across green and pleasant parkland.

The Herculaneum Room is most impressive, with flexibility its key strength. Meetings and conferences for up to 550 delegates (the room can be divided for small gatherings), banquets for up to 320 and dances... this attractive function room, which has its own bar, can be adapted to virtually whatever use you wish. Its large size, three-phase power supply and no less than 56 powerpoints, make it ideal as an exhibition venue.

The Senior Common Room is available for use as a small meeting room, office or dining room for up to 18. Another small meeting area can be found in the adjacent New Lodge. Carnatic House's comfortable bar is ideal for receptions. It can also be used for workshop areas.

Dale Hall's distinctive Reading Room provides an elegant setting for meetings of up to 200 whilst four smaller rooms can accommodate meetings of between 35 and 100.
