Hotels
There are a range of hotel categories available, centrally located within a short walking distance from the Congress venues and we have negotiated special rates at a number of city centre hotels. For further information on these hotel bookings please go to www.conferencebookings.co.uk, and in the box marked "Delegates: Event Reference" enter the reference code TMPAESOP09.
Please note that hotel bookings are the responsibility of individual delegates and we cannot make reservations on delegates’ behalf.
Unite Student Accommodation
As an alternative to hotel booking, rooms can also be booked at Unite’s student halls of residence – available from Wednesday 15th to Saturday 18th July inclusive. Accommodation is in en-suite single study bedrooms. The Halls are within 10 mins walking distance of the congress venue at Capital Gate, Unite Halls of Residence, Daulby Street, Liverpool. The accommodation is on a room only basis, but communal kitchen is available for use with oven/microwave/fridge. Please note this accommodation is single bed only and the price is £40.00 per room per night. These rooms can be reserved and paid for as part of registration process. The cancellation policy is as for registration fees i.e. until 1 June 2009, a £40.00 processing fee will be deducted from refund. After 1 June 2009, we cannot refund. Refund requests must be in writing to the Organisers.
